actually, when i first started reading it and glanced down to see it was john green, i kind of side-eyed and thought, “dude, looking for alaska is exactly what you’re condemning.”

so i love seeing him address that and it definitely makes me want to read more of his stuff now.

So I literally just finished reading Looking for Alaska and did the same side-eying as you, Bex. But I like what he says here.
